Innovac Therapeutics USA, Inc. is seeking an Associate Scientist to join our team. Our team is growing rapidly and we are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill this indispensable role to partner with our team in drug discovery of mRNA vaccines and therapeutics. The successful candidate is expected to have substantial hands-on experience with flow cytometry, ELISA/ELISPOT and related cell-based functional assays.

Be responsible for supporting flow cytometry and in-vitro related activities within the cellular immunology team
Design and execute antigen-specific T cell and B cell assays for humans and experimental animals
Support general laboratory assistance, ordering and organizing supplies
Get to work in our research site in Cambridge's life science epicenter, which positions our scientific team in the heart of a vibrant ecosystem of world-class science, innovation, and business opportunities.
This is an in-person laboratory-based position, which will focus on core lab work, data analysis as well as instrument maintenance

To do that you will need…
A degree in Immunology, Biology, or related discipline
BS/BA or MS/MA in Biomedical sciences or related discipline with >3 years of post-degree work experience
Strong background in Flow Cytometry and related techniques and software
Experience in antigen-specific T cell and B cell assays for humans and experimental animals
Familiarity with laboratory inventory
US Citizenship or valid Visa
Deep and broad cellular immunology knowledge with hands on experience
Experience in multi-cytokine analysis
Strong data visualization and presentation skills
Ability to work on multiple and diverse cellular immunology programs
Preferred qualifications
Experience in cancer and/or infectious disease
Experience in vaccines and/or mRNA technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to deal with competing priorities, strong reasoning, detail oriented and problem-solving ability is essential.
Ability to work on teams and with multiple projects and work well under general direction with tight timelines.
Independently motivated to learn.
